Jean-Jacques Tshina

General Manager

Jean-Jacques has lived in the United States for more than 30 years and brings extensive experience in international negotiation, commercial dealings and cross-border business relationships. His sector knowledge includes timber logging and treatment, telecommunications, mining and energy. He has traveled and worked across Congo-DRC, France, Mali, Gabon, Belgium, Congo-Brazzaville, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, England and other international markets. Fluent in written and spoken English, French, Lingala, Kikongo and Tshiluba, Jean-Jacques also brings a strong understanding of African, French and Muslim cultural contexts. He has used that knowledge as an interpreter and cross-cultural liaison, helping organizations and individuals communicate clearly across languages and business environments.

Franck Pengele

President

Franck holds a degree in Business and Economics and is based in Congo-DRC. His leadership is guided by a long-term vision of helping African countries transform local resources and commercial potential into broader prosperity. He has worked with international companies and business partners across timber and wood products, energy, telecommunications, water and related development sectors. His local perspective and commercial experience help BATKRI GROUP identify practical priorities, cultivate relationships and connect international opportunities with the realities of operating in Congo-DRC.

Deo-Gracias Ilunga

Operations Manager

Deo has lived in the United States for almost 20 years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Global Business Management and a master’s degree in Human Resources Management, combining formal business education with hands-on operational experience. He has worked with several organizations managing day-to-day operations, coordinating people and responsibilities, and supporting efficient business processes. Deo is also active in community leadership and youth development in the San Diego area. Fluent in written and spoken English, French, Lingala and Kikongo, he helps BATKRI GROUP maintain clear communication across teams, cultures and markets.
